LEADING
mid-range housing developer Empire East Land Holdings Inc. has announced the brisk take-up of the third and fourth expansion
phases of its Laguna BelAir township project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Currently home to 2,187 families, Laguna BelAir is the
most successful community development in the Calabarzon.
Today, some 164 families have already moved in to BelAir Drive
in Laguna BelAir III, now fully complete, according to a press statement. Meanwhile, 66 percent of Laguna BelAir IV's 1,091
lots and house-and-lot units have been sold. Empire East expects 5,870 families to settle down in Laguna BelAir once the entire
development has been completed.
The American-inspired, country-style homes of Laguna BelAir
III and IV offer generous space to meet the needs of growing families. Laguna BelAir III features two- and three-bedroom units
with a porch, a carport, a maid's room and an extra toilet and bath. On the other hand, Laguna BelAir IV offers a choice of
two-bedroom bungalows or two-story units with three to four bedrooms. Lot sizes range from 138 to 280 square meters, providing
enough room for a front porch, a carport and a spacious yard ideal for a children's play area or garden.
Residents of Laguna BelAir III and IV can soon enjoy the
